Great documentary of life in Miami Beach during the 1950s. The Beach was a very different place during the 1950s and there are so many people with fond memories of Miami Beach during the 1950s.
This video was filmed in 2006 and provides great oral history from those who grew up in Miami Beach. The stories share great memories of places like the Fontainebleau, Lincoln Road, Roney Plaza, Palm Island Club and Wolfies, plus many more. As the video highlights, Miami Beach attracted a lot of celebrities in addition to seasonal vacationers. Enjoy the documentary!
